You Purchase New Frigidairefreezer Fill Completely Up 1850 Food. It Quits After
Basically I lost $1850 worth food after my purchase of NEW Frigidairefreezer from Lowe's. Less than 6 wks later it quits! Everything lost. The extended warranty i purchased on covers$150! Sales clerk stated up to $1000 food loss. I called to speak with manager@ Lowe's he had salesman return my call. I can't seem to reach anyone with these concerns. Call for repair and they new the problem without even coming to check, this tells me I was sold product which previously had the same thing happened! Who buys brand new appliances expecting this to happen so soon???

Your warranty's coverage depends on the wording of the warranty. Since you have two warranties (basic and extended), you'll probably want to review the wording of each. Note that extended warranties are often provided by third parties--so if that's the case with yours and you have an issue concerning that warranty, your beef would be with that third party.
Once you've reviewed the warranties' wording, you can proceed to lodge your complaint. Your extended warranty will identify the third party, if any.
Even if you determine that you're not covered by either warranty, you can still appeal to Frigidaire. See the corporate contact information here: http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/frigidaire/Corporate%20Office.
