No Drain Or Spin

Hello - Does the drain pump make a humming noise? If so, you possibly have a restriction in the drain line or siphoning. Try setting the cycle to spin only and verify if what pump out. If it does not and proves to be ineffective, I would suggest contacting a professional to diagnose either the pump or timer.
