Low Oven Temp During Speed Bake

The oven is not holding temp when on speed bake. When the oven is on regular baktwitch temp set at 350 the temperature range 348-354. When set at 350 speed bake the temp range is between 275-310. This just began happening a couple of months ago when I noticed food not getting done whenusing speed bake
