Error code c21 indicates loss of communication with the burner and the circuit board that powers the burner. The service manual recommends checking the harness attached to ID2 induction generator housing. Replace if defective. I strongly recommend having a service technician conduct the proper test and diagnostics to determine what part is faulty.
