Lights Wont Turn Off In Fridge When Doors Are Shut

The lights are on in the frig when the doors are shut. It melted the plastic. We changed the board that controlls the lights still has same prob. Cant get the lights to go off in frig only freezer works fine

I do apologize for the matter you are experiencing and suggest that you contact a professional technician authorized by your manufacturer, or your manufacturer directly, in order to proceed. From what you have briefly mentioned, it sounds like the unit's bulb socket and wiring connections to it need to be tested. If the light does not turn off there is a problem within the electrical circuit of the unit that needs to be addressed. This is not a do-it-yourself type of situation and would require a professional's experience.
