Thermistor
where is it located ????? on the freezer side the ice maker was not working so we took it out and the trouble shooting codes say op on the fridge the wiring harness has 9 pin configuration on the plug to the ice maker so that tells me that the thermistor was on the ice maker ?????

Hello, it looks like there is a thermistor on both the fridge side and freezer side. The fridge side has a fresh fruit thermistor, and the freezer side has a freezer thermistor. You can see both on the wiring diagram, which you can download here.
