Hello Lipiper,

So everything is as it should be and pressing the alarm off button did not work. I would recommend giving the appliance a hard reset. You will do this by either unplugging it or switching the circuit breaker off that the refrigerator is attached to. When you do this you will want to leave it off for 3-5 minutes. Once the 3-5 minutes has elapsed, bring power back to the refrigerator. You will want to press the alarm off button. This lets the appliance know that we recognize there was a power failure. If after resetting the appliance and the alarm is still going off, I recommend contacting your local authorized technician to come out and diagnose why the alarm keeps going off.
