Fggf3054kfk - Range Dead. Oven, Igniters And Eoc Not Working

Hello, I'm really hoping someone can help me out, because I've hit a dead end. I was using my oven and all of a sudden it completely died. I've done all the standard troubleshooting: checked to make sure the outlet has power, and unplugged the range for a while and plugged it back in to reset. When I called Frigidaire, they recommended replacing the EOC. But before doing that, I opened up the back panels and began testing the connections with an Ohmmeter, to make sure the EOC had power. What I found is that when I test for contact between the hot wire on the plug and the black wire (BK-1) on the EOC (at L1), there is no contact. Based on the Troubleshooting Diagram, the hot wire on the power cord (BK-4) leads to BK-1, and so I think there should be contact between those two. Does my thinking seem correct? My thought is that maybe there is an issue with the connector between BK-4 and BK-1, but unfortunately I don't see any way to get to it, without practically disassembling the whole range. It doesn't look like it's meant to be accessed, at least not from the back. Is there a way to get to it? Also, I tested the neutral wire (W-4) with my Ohmmeter and all the connections on the EOC look good. W-1, P-1, T-1 and PR-1) all have contact with W-4. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you very much for your help in advance. Best regard, Mark

I solved the issue. Wire BK-4 was cut due to poor design, and possibly bad installation by Frigidaire. The wire was pulled across a sharp metal corner, which wasnt curved or grommeted.
