Error Code F11

my new range is not working,it is six weeks old errf11 flashes i tried all suggestions in trouble shooting section in manual nothing helped what is the problem

Hello jerrybjcleaning - Typically, error code F11 indicates a shorted keypad. Try resetting the range by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. This usually clears most false error codes. Wait approximately ten minutes and if the error code does not clear, I would recommend contacting a professional to proceed further. Most likely the EOC (electronic oven control) on the range will need replacing.
