Cide F13

When i try to light the gas oven, code F13 flashes.

Hi BR- Let's troubleshoot your appliance by first disconnecting the range from the power supply for about 30 seconds. This should clear most false error codes. (You can disconnect power by either unplugging the unit or flipping the circuit breaker off and back on again.)

If after the 30 seconds the error code is still showing, it means that there could be a number of possible issues:

1. A runaway temp (higher than normal temps)

2. Shorted keypad

3. Faulty EOC (electronic oven control)

4. Display wire harness missing/not connected

Typically, this code means that the EOC needs to be replaced. Hopefully, the on/off reset works and it was just a glitch in this instance. However, if you require service assistance, please connect with the manufacturer and they will be more than happy to help you locate an authorized service tech for your appliance. Hope this helps!
