Frigidaire Gallery Fgbd2431kb0 Top Rinse Arm Keeps Falling Off

The top water dispensing arm on my dishwasher keeps falling off.  It is easy to put back on with it's press clip, but it won't make it through a full cycle without coming off again.  Is the plastic clip defective?
