Frigidaire Dishwasher Fdb520rhb2 Starts And Will Not Stop. Stuck In Washing Cycl

It never gets past the Washing Cycle (does not get to Drying or Clean LED indicators) and repeats the washing cycling continuously. Water supply and draining work great and it does get hot. Disconnected wires from heating element and it is good at 15 ohms resistance. The Thermostate (or is it the thermistor) on the bottom of the dishwasher (next to heating element leads) reads 0.1 ohms. Is there a second thermostate/thermistor I'm missing? Anything I can do to troubleshoot this problem better so I can order parts with confidence?

Hello mysalesrockit, thank you for your post!

I show that the cycle on your Frigidaire dishwasher (FDB520RHB2) can run up to 4 hours. At 4 hours, typically your dishwasher should be completing or in the drying cycle. If your dishwasher is running longer than 4 hours, more than likely your appliance is experiencing a control board issue. Also, the water supplied to your dishwasher should be between120°F-130°F. It is best to run the hot water at the closet tap, allow the water to reach the maximum temperature and then start your dishwasher.

Best regards! - Chris
