Ice Maker Will Dispense Water At Good Normal Rate,but Will Not Make Ice.
Frigidaire ffhs2311lwka, Ice maker will dispense water at a good normal rate, but will not make Ice. If my water valve at bottom of back of fridge, has two or more water hose connections besides the one that gos to my main water line, Is that why I am able to dispense water and still get no water to the ice maker? I have not got down to get a good look at the valve yet. The water should be going in all the valves water inlet, right? So dose this mean it may be the complete Ice maker tray. I don't have those holes in the front of the Ice maker tray, to make a jumper wire to see if i can get the thing to turn or water to flow in to the molds. Like my manual said maybe change filter, I did that with no help, water filter was in for way over a year. Ice maker just stoped making Ice, Ice was right shape and hard. Wire is down,no reset button. Unplugged fridge for over 5 minutes and plugged in and no help, could there be a air lock to the ice maker tube comeing from the filter, and not where the water dispenses ? The fill tube to the ice molds dose not seem to have frozen ice in it as far as i can see. If possible, please send to email. Thanks
