Good Morning Jmac441997, thank you for your post!

Generally speaking, refrigerators do not have fuses. However, do you hear anything running in the machine compartment and what type of airflow is the condenser fan providing (try removing the toe grille, located above the drain pain on the bottom right-hand side)? If you do not hear the compressor and unit is providing room temperature, it usually means that the unit has a faulty compressor or a sealed system leak. Also there is a vent towards the back of the freezer that circulates air from the freezer section to the fresh food section. If this vent is blocked by too many items in the freezer it will cause the unit to work harder making it colder in the freezer and keeps the air from flowing down to the refrigerated section. If you would, make sure that the vent is not blocked so that air can travel from the vent down to the refrigerated part. This will decrease the temperature in the freezer, allowing for ice cream to be pliable and the fresh food section to become colder. Should you find these suggestions unsuccessful I would recommend contacting a professional to move forward accurately.
