Good Afternoon KdemKnipe,

I see that you’re having trouble with all the buttons, except for the exhaust fan button, working. You seem to be getting power but the buttons are not responding to your touch. I would suggest resetting the microwave by cutting the power at the circuit breaker for 2-3 minutes. If when you turn the power back on, the buttons are still not responding, it could be one of two things. It could either be the Control Panel or the Control Board. I would suggest to contact a local authorized technician for further assistance.

-Best Regards-
