Pfec3685ks Error Message E0 And 21.How Can I Do?

I have this model for 1 1/2 year. but suddnly, Error message comes out and did not work. Error message is E0 and 21 ,also sounds Be be be. Repair Tec told me need to replace PCB. Cost was more than buy new one. Please let me know how can I do? Just buy new one.
