Ice Dispernser Only Dispenses Crushed Ice
i MOVED THE AUGER WHEN REMOVING THE ICE TRAY AND ACCIDENTALLY MOVED THE AUGER AND NOW IT ONLY DISPENSES CRUCHED ICE, i FALLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS OPN THE MANUAL BUT IT STILL DOES THE SAME THING

Hello slamdancer2000 – If you are only getting crushed ice try the following steps, if any proves to be ineffective contact a professional to move forward accurately.
Remove the ice bucket and lay in on the counter or table.
Next you would locate a square hole on the back wall of the freezer. (Behind where the ice container was located.
The square hole is about 1 inch by 1 inch in diameter.
Take a hair dryer and place about 2 inches in front of that hole, and hold it there for 3-5 mins.
Then you can take the bucket and place it back inside the unit. You should be able to get both crushed and cubed ice.
