My oven controls havent worked since I bought my stove Oct 2010

What are the controls doing or not doing? Have you contacted the manufacturer on the unit and its performance? If it did not work since you received it in your home, you should have called your purchasing dealer location and had them either exchange the unit, or send a technician out immediately.
