Dishwasher Lights Blinking

When I turn my dishwasher on, it seems to function properly but it does not finish its cycle. the soap dispenser does not open. This is a very new dishwasher (about 3 months old). The START, HEAT CYCLE, and WASHCYCLE (Normal) lights blink briefly and then it turns off.
