How Can I Rest My Dishwasher Heat Dry Is Lit Up But Can't Cancel And Start New

The light for heat dry is lit up. I want to run a new load but the cancel/start button isn't operating. It's essentially froze.  the dishwasher is 16 months old.

Hello Bmstark 6 - From what you are describing it sounds like the Control Lock was accidently pressed. When the light is on, the control is locked and no cycles can be selected or started. To de-select the Control Lock, press and hold the heat dry key or press down on the lock icon for approximately twenty seconds. If issue persists, you may reset the dishwasher by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and turn the unit back on. The dishwasher should resume to normal operations.
