Why Won't Dishwasher Turn Off?

I just had this model installed.  No matter what cycle I choose, all it does is run.  At first I thought it was the hi-temp wash option and and heat dry option but after running it without those options, it continues to wash over and over.  I have tried the normal cycle and the light cycle and both ran for over 2 1/2 hours.  In addition, it never goes into drying. I eventually have to turn it off.  Please offer any advice you can offer.  Thank you.

You would need to make sure the water is 120°F at the sink, run the sink faucet to its hottest point, then start a pots and pans wash cycle.  If that cycle runs over 4 hours then it needs a service appointment (most likely to replace a control board), if it runs under 4 hours it is fine. It is only the heat delays causing it to run so long at that point.

I hope this helps!
