Hi, Our Dryer Wont Get Hot Anymore. Also Noticed A Burned Smell When It Started.

Hello – When was the last time the ducting in your home was cleaned and confirmed that it has no debris or build up? Turn the breaker to the unit off for 5-6 minutes. Turn the unit’s power back on and try a cycle again. If this does not prove to be successful here are a few possible causes that a technician would be required to check:  defective heating element, control board, power supply (240v), high limit thermostat or defective sensor.
