I appreciate your post, Anonymous-146245! From what you have described your Frigidaire dehumidifier is not staying on. You could have a potential issue with your sensor or control panel not properly relaying signals to each other. I would recommend performing a reset on your dehumidifier and you can do that by disconnecting the power cord from your appliance for ten minutes. If you are currently under warranty I would recommend reaching out to your manufacturer for a proper resolution to your current issue. Hope this information is helpful. –OOS
