Good Morning Anonymous-111955 - Often when a control panel does not work properly, it is because the unit is either a experiencing a potential wiring failure or the main control board/panel is faulty. Try unplugging the dishwasher or flipping the household circuit breaker off first. Wait approximately ten minutes and turn the unit back on. If the issue persists, it is advisable to contact an appliance repair tech to accurately diagnose and make the appropriate repairs.
