Top Arm Not Spinning/and The Washer Has Become Noisy
I read that if you take the little white plastic ball out of the drain area, then water should return to the upper arm. I did this, and it did, but there seems not to be enough pressure to make it spin, and the whole thing is still noisy...I read, if there's unusual noise, then something's broken...true?
