I Have The Frigidaire Fdb130rg Dishwasher.
I have the Frigidaire FDB130RG dishwasher. Somehow the vent cover on the inside of the door popped off during a wash cycle and I did not notice it for two days. The door had remained closed that entire time. I put the cover back on, emptied the dishwasher and it sat for a couple days. Went to load the dishwaser and there is a very strong smell of mold coming from the dishwasher. Is very noticible that it is in the area of that vent. I have ran bleach through the wash cycle and I have ran clear vinegar (3 cups at a time) through the wash cycles but that smell is still there. It is horrible. I dont know what to do. Please help! I had already read that article, but thank you. The smell is coming from inside the door panel where that air vent cover sits. I really don't know what to do at this point. Hmmm?
