Dryer Will Not Stop Running

I recently boought a fare1011m dryer it worked fine until last night when it would not shutoff . I had to unplug it to get it to stop. Plus it will not dry the clothes when it does run any suggestion?

Hello michaeltrimble87 – Based on the symptoms you are describing, the unit could be experiencing quite a few issues: wiring failure, communication problem with the control board, faulty element(s), timer thermostat, or the blower assembly.  Have you recently cleaned the ducting vent? Try reprogramming the dryer by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and turn the unit back on. If issue persists, and because it could be a number of any one of several underlying causes, I would personally recommend contacting a professional to properly diagnose and repair the unit.
