Hello wrestlermom2 – Based on the symptoms you are describing it sounds like the water may be draining out as it is filling. Let’s try resetting the washer by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. It is important to wait roughly ten minutes and then turn the unit back. If the issue persists, may you please press the Start and Pause buttons at the same time and hold for approximately 20-30 seconds. This will either return the washer machine to factor settings or provide you a faulty code. I ask that you please follow up with a response on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if the unit’s status has changed successfully.
