Hi mimipurple – If the washer is producing a humming noise, it may possibly have a restriction in the drain line or siphoning. Try setting the cycle to spin only and verify if water pumps out. If it does not, the unit could possibly be experiencing an issue with either the pump, door lock assembly or timer. Contact a professional to move forward accurately.
