In The Washer, It Making Humming Sound But Drum Is Not Moving At All...

Hello gunsncoffee – From what you are describing it sounds like the drain hose may be kinked or the household drain is clogged. Try setting the washer to a spin cycle only. Will water pump out? If it does not, then the unit could possibly be experiencing a communication error with the control board, faulty pump, timer or door lock assembly. If I was in your position, I will personally contact a professional for an accurate diagnosis and to assist with the repairs.
