Hi f1254! I understand thate you are receiving an error code D64 on your dryer. After reviewing your model FAFS4073NA I see that there is an error message E64 that could mean there is an open circuit with the heater. I would reach out to an authorized service provider to check the heater coils and the connections for a short circuit to the cabinet being this is not a typical do-it-yourself repair. Hope this helps!
