This is a communication protocol error. Typically technicians check the following:

Communication problem. Check the wiring between the Main Control Board and the Speed Control Board. Wiring bad, correct wiring problem. Wiring good, replace the Main Control Board. If the problem is not corrected, replace the Speed Control Board.

You can see this is not a typical DIY type of job. Please contact your manufacturer or a service provider.
