Washer Door Latch Broke2x. How Do You Adjust The Door That's Too Low
I've replaced the latch on the washer door 2X since owning for 4 years With a cheap plastic part. It seems the door needs adjustment since it falls too low to latch door. Where do you adjust the door, and why aren't the latch parts made of a stronger metal type?

Hello! I have researched this concern with your manufacture and found that you may be eligible for a discount on the hinge portion. The hinge would need to be replaced to correct the sagging door. This would most likely be the only thing that you would have to repair since you already replaced the door latch.
