Frigidaire Atf6700fs Washer Turns On Then Turns Off; Error Code E23

When we start the washer it will make some clicking noises as if it is going through a start sequence. This is normal, but then it just shuts off without filling water What I have done:1.) I pressed the start and cancel button together to get an error; Code of E23My manual says E23 is either Drain pump relay on control board failed, wire off pump or pump.2.) I took off the Drain Pump and tested it with a cable I made at work. It ran fine. Reinstalled the Drain Pump and tried to start the washer. I ran a delicate cycle; it started as normal, filled up water and started to wash. After about 5 minutes it just stopped and I was back to square 1. 3.) I ordered a new Control Board and installed it. Same result, start, does not fill water then turns off.4.) I reinstalled the old Control Board. Same result.5.) I took the drain pump out again and cleaned out the trap right before the pump. There were quarters, pennies, a bobby pin and other stuff. I reinstalled the Drain Pump and tried to run a delicate cycle. It ran for about 5 minutes then turned off.6.) I used the cable from step 2 to run the drain pump to get the water out of the machine.7.) I reinstalled the New Control Board, just to make sure. Again same result Start, no water, turn off.8.) I checked the wire from the Drain Pump to the Control Board with a multi meter for continuity. All the wires were fine.

Unplug the electric. Leave unplugged 2 or 3 minutes, then plug it back in. This allows the controls to reset. It worked alot cases. Inicially I could think in some drain problem, check hose for any clogged or obstruction there, try to jump voltage to the pumo to confirm if this device is working. If this dont solve it, you will need to check timer; in this link could finr some tip test: If you are not sure about how do it this job, or your machine is even under warranty, call the technician service. Hope this helps

Thanks
