Why Is It That As Soon As I Plug In Dryer It Displays Time.

I press cancel and it will beep off and come right back on to display time. Will not turn off. If I do start it, it will do a couple of turns and shut off and all 3 light above start button will flash simultaneously

From my understanding the control panel on your Frigidaire washer is not operating properly. I would suggest performing a reset on your washer and you can do that by unplugging the power cord for ten minutes. If you continue to experience the issue with your panel I would suggest consulting with professional technician for proper diagnosis and installation of the electrical component.
