Ford Fiesta 2014 Se Hatch, Automatic Transmission,issue On Information Display

The Information Display shows the message "Paused". This is a brand new car. I am overseas working for the US Army in South Korea. Please advise how I can fix this. Thank you.

the car is still in shipping mode from the factory and says paused when you start it to let you know the shipping mode is paused.

To deactivate shipping mode

Turn the ignition on, press the brake pedal 5 times then the hazard switch twice within 10 seconds of turning the ignition on,the display should then go to normal and the remote work.
