Coolant Change.

I need to change the coolant on my Fusion due to a mistake I made. I just got the coolant (Super Plus Premium) with the dealer but I did not ask if I need to add water. On the bottle label says 1L + 1L = 37 °C, but I do not sure if I must add water and coolant (50%/50%). I have had other cars and usually the coolant came "ready too use" (do not need to add water). Could you please help me? THANK YOU!
