The Key Fob Is Not Working

I replaced the battery, did the reprogramming as detailed in the owners manual. Still did not work. I purcahsed a new key fob and it did not work. Is there a fuse it could be tied into. Nothing else seems to be having a problem. I did discover a small leak in the front courtesy dome light above the dashboard around the same time the fob stopped working. Thank you for your help
