Climate Control Switch

when I turn the fan on and turn the indicator nub towards the hot mark lots of cold air comes out  but no warm air I suspect that CLIMATE CONTROL SWITCH must be defective PLEASE tell me how can I change the SWITCH the easiest way             I AM VERY GRATEFULL                                                                                               YADULL
