2006 Ford Fusion

i was driving a 2006 ford fusion, normal road conditions, slippery when wet light came on and wrench. car slowed down to 20 mph. pulled over and lights all off when restarted? what can be wrong?

Hi. The wrench is indicative of a throttle issue (either the throttle body or the throttle positioning sensor).
