Focus 1.6 Tdci

I have 2005 ford focus 1.6 tdci i replaced inlet manafold seals when bolting it in i did not put on the cover for filling oil at top of engine the bolts going into rocker cover first as I did not do can I get sum advoice as it did not tread or anything but sumthing fell onto cams i think
