2005 Ford 500 Drivers Seat Will Not Move, Fuse 33 Is Not Blown

seat is all the way forward and will not move in any direction, adjustable pedals will not operate. Checked fuse 33, it was OK but replaced it anyway, seat still would not work. Thanks
