2005 Feh Radio Seek/scan Problems

My 2005 Ford Escape Hybrid radio won't get even frequency values (like 94.0, 103.2, or 105.4). Only odd values (93.9, 94.1, 103.1, or 103.3 ) are selected. Is there anything to do? Please, help!
