I Have Recall Notes From Ford To Change The Touc Convirter On My 2004 Freestr A

i have recall leter from ford to chnge the tourcconverter after the job is dong i have nois in the steern system i call the dealed who did the work and thay say is some air in the system i have that more in one month still the same what should i do ?
