Ac Cooloing Fan Does Not Run All The Time While The Ac Is On.

AC cooloing fan does not run all the time while the AC is on... When when fan is on AC is cold ..when it stops running it blows warm air ..replaced relays and fuses  2004 ford focus  and there is no ryme or reason when it decides to work or not
