My Shif Is Currently Stuck At P. In Order To Move My Gear I Have To Manualy Use

anti lock system ...press the antilock system and than I am able to move the gear. Last night the plastic part on the antilock system broke and now I want to fix it.. I am able to move it with a scruew driver but I would rather fix it.   I believe that this is a electric problem with the lockout solenoid at the gear...since previously I had some minor problems with the 15Amp and 20Amp fuses..
