Oilpan Rusted

how to remove oilpan easily

Disconnect the negative terminal of your battery.

Place scotchguards behind both back wheels.

Raise car in the air and place jackstands under both front wheels.

Place oil catch under the oil pan, and remove the drain plug.

Once the oil is drained, remove any components around the oil pan and note it's location.

Remove the bolts holding the oil pan  to the engine.

Hit the sides of the oil pan with a rubber mallet until it comes off, and remove any gasket residue.
