Replacing Coolant Hose Under Manifold?

I'm attempting to replace the heater hose that runs under the intake manifold of my 2001 f250 5.4 triton motor. The factory hose appears to be molded to the front of the engine block behind the water pump. How do I replace this? Any help would be appreciated! I've already removed the intake.
