Key Will Not Unlock 2000 Ford Explorer

Could be one of two common things. If the lock acts like you have the wrong key and won't turn at all, a healthy blast of wd-40 will take care of it. But if the lock will rotate but won't unlock the door, you have a broken spring in the latch assembly. In that case, the latch will need to be replaced or repaired.
