I Have 10 Dtc's

I need to figure out which one is causing the vehicle to die when its warmed up and i put it in gear i just replaced the transmission and transfer case exhaust and now i still can't drive it

Recheck both plug ins for the transmission wiring harness to the ecm, and both oxygen sensor plugs. When the engine is cold, it runs in open loop, but when it warms up, it runs in closed loop and the 02 sensors come into play.
